1 Introduction and Acceptance

These terms and conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between the 299bey platform ("299bey", "we", "us") and the user of the platform ("you", "member"). By registering on 299bey or using the platform, you are considered to have given your full consent to these Terms.

• Operating an account on behalf of a corporate entity, organisation or another person is prohibited.

3 Age Verification and Identity Confirmation

The minimum age to participate on 299bey is 21 years. We reserve the right to verify the age and identity of members at any time. The following documents may be required for verification:

• National Identity Card (NID) or passport.
• OTP for mobile number verification.
• Bank account or mobile banking information (where required).

299bey reserves the right to put withdrawal processing on hold until verification is complete. Providing false documents or information may result in immediate account cancellation and forfeiture of deposited funds.

4 Account Management

• Transferring or selling your account to another person is strictly prohibited.
• An account that has been inactive for six consecutive months will be marked as an "inactive account".

5 Deposits and Withdrawals

299bey supports the most popular payment methods in Bangladesh: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay and bank transfer. The following terms apply to financial transactions:

• Minimum deposit amount: ৳300 (for each payment method).
• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳500.
• Standard withdrawal processing time: 10–45 minutes.
• Withdrawals must be made using the same method that was used to make the deposit (for security purposes).

6 Bonuses and Promotions

• Welcome Bonus: 200% bonus on the first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳20,000. Example: deposit ৳1,000 and receive a ৳2,000 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳3,000.
• A 15x wagering requirement must be met before bonus winnings can be withdrawn.
• Bonus balance cannot be withdrawn until the bonus wagering requirement has been completed.
• If multiple accounts or an attempt to claim bonuses from the same IP address or device is detected, all related accounts will be cancelled.
• Winnings earned from bets placed using bonus funds are withdrawable within the applicable maximum limit.
• Each promotion may have its own specific terms and conditions — please read them carefully before accepting an offer.
• 299bey reserves the right to change or cancel any bonus offer without prior notice.
• VIP Program: weekly cashback of up to 0.5% at Bronze level, up to 1.0% at Silver level, and up to 1.5% at Gold level.

7 Betting and Gaming Rules

All betting and gaming activities on 299bey are governed by the following rules:

• Once all bets are finalised, they cannot be cancelled or changed.
• In the case of odds or payouts displayed incorrectly due to a technical error, 299bey reserves the right to cancel those bets.
• For cricket, football and other sports betting, the official match result will be considered final.
• Live casino and slot games use an RNG (Random Number Generator), which ensures fairness.
• If the network connection is lost, the outcome of the round in progress will be determined according to the data stored on the server.
• In the event of a dispute over the result of any game, the game server log will be considered the final evidence.
• Sports account and casino account balances may be managed separately.

8 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on 299bey. Violating these prohibitions may result in immediate account cancellation and forfeiture of deposited funds:

• Using cheats, software bots, scripts or any other automated methods.
• Creating or operating multiple accounts.
• Conducting money laundering or any other illegal financial activity.
• Attempting to breach the platform's security systems.
• Harassing other members or attempting to defraud them.
• Misusing the bonus system ("bonus abuse").
• Operating an account under a false identity or in another person's name.
• Conducting harmful activities against the platform's servers or infrastructure.

13 Account Closure and Suspension

299bey reserves the right to suspend or permanently close an account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

In the event of account closure, the verified balance (excluding bonuses) will be returned to the member's registered payment method, although this may not apply in cases of Terms violations.
